Window Blinds Info and Tips

I have totally tan wall color (from sherwin williams paint) and white trim. My furniture is mostly burgundy and black. Is it best that the window treatment be close to the same color as the wall or should it be with the white trim?

I have hardwood floors and it is a contemporary room.

I am opening a deli/bakery and want it to be happy and bright. I painted the walls sherwin williams aquaduct and the floor (yes the floor) (it is plywood) a darker teal. I need some fabulous accents for it. I’m thinking aluminum blinds for the windows, but need other suggestions. Thank you
