Window Blinds Info and Tips

In my apartment we’re not allowed to take down the plastic shades, so I was going to pull them up all the way and hang curtains in front of them, but we’re also not allowed to make any holes in the wall. The tension rods that go inside the window probably wouldn’t work since the plastic shades will be in the way. I could put the curtain panels and sheers in under the shades, but I would at least have to put the scarf valence in front of the shades. I was thinking of something like this: http://www.walmart.com/catalog/product.do?product_id=5700361 but it won’t be long enough since there are 3 windows right next to each other and I wanted to put in one rod for the whole thing. Are there bigger twist & fit style rods, and/or something like a command hook that could adhere the rod to the wall?

I live in an apartment that has vertical blinds mounted on the inside frame of the window. The room remains very light, even with the blinds drawn, so I would like to put some light-blocking curtains on the outside frame of the blinds.

I have a HUGE back window .. its double doors that leads to the back patio.

16 of the veins are chewed up from when we first got our puppy.

We live in an apartment.

We don’t need to replace the whole thing ..

What website online can i find just the individual Veins for my Vertical Blinds?
